Returns Eligibility
We accept returns and issue refunds for all items under the following circumstances:
Eligibility: The item must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery, in its original condition, unused, and with all tags to be eligible for a return and refund.
Return shipping: Unless the return is the result of our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.
Returns Process
If you accept the above terms and your order is eligible for a return, follow with the steps below:
1. To request a return, get in touch with us and provide the necessary details. We will provide you with the return address for your package.
2. If at all possible, pack the item safely in its original packing and include all of the product's original accessories.
3. Use a trackable shipping method to return items to us, and then send us the tracking details. We won't be responsible for damage or loss while in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the return or exchange.
Refunds
If the item meets the eligibility, we will issue a refund which should take no longer than 7-10 days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
The process for exchanging the product will start the following business day after we receive it if it satisfies the eligibility requirements.
Depending on the availability of the replacement item, the need for customisation, and the delivery method selected, the processing time may differ from that of the original order.
We'll work to complete this process as quickly as we can, and we'll keep you updated all the way through.
Wrong Items
In the rare event that you receive the incorrect item, we will replace it or process a refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect.
Order Cancellations
If the order hasn't been shipped, cancellations are only permitted within 48 hours of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method minus any transaction fees.
