Shipping policy

 

All uncustomised orders have a processing time of 3 to 12 days, then will be delivered using the delivery method you have chosen. Customised orders have a processing time of 2 to 3 weeks.   

Any taxes or custom duties associated with your shipping are not our responsibility. Since there is little we can do once the order is shipped, we will not be held responsible for any wrong delivery information or shipping addresses; however, please notify us as soon as possible and we will see if we can make the necessary changes before the order is shipped. The customer will be responsible for any redelivery fees if the order is despatched to the incorrect address.
