FAQS
What is Raw Hair?
Raw hair is the highest quality of hair available on the market and is 100% unprocessed, so has not undergone ANY chemical, heat or steam processing.
It is natural human hair that is collected straight from a single donor. This means it can last up to 4 years or longer with proper maintenance.
Raw hair is usually available in only a few textures - straight, body wave and curly and no two bundles will be the same because the hair isn't steamed to create uniformed patterns.
Additionally, raw hair is aligned in the natural direction hair grows, meaning it is less likely to tangle and will stay fuller for a longer period of time!
It will appear more natural, and the slight coarseness makes it blend in better with natural hair.

Should I purchase Indian or Vietnamese Hair?
Raw Indian hair is light and airy and can be styled easily. This is for people who want to wear their hair in different ways, whether that be straight, curled or in the natural state. It's the most similar to natural hair, and will appear very full.
Vietnamese is very smooth and silky & is low maintenance hair. The hair is super thick and full, and is perfect for straight styles.
Length Guide
We created this length guide to help you visualise lengths better because we know how difficult it is to understand and to know what length you would love for the style you are doing.
This is only a guide, so it will look slightly different at various heights.
We recommend getting 2-3 bundles for lengths 10-16, 3 bundles for lengths 18-24. For inches 26 and above, we recommend 4 or more to have a full look. We recommend to get all the same lengths for a fuller look from top to bottom.
Lace Frontal and Closure Sizes
Closures and frontals are lace pieces into which hair strands are tied to cover your natural hair and giving a scalp appearance.
They are measured 'width x height' inches. Your options for style and versatility vary depending on your size.
